Design

• Work with the client to develop design concepts
• Based on the design concept develop the entire range to cover all areas that require uniform
• Illustrate the designs
• Propose fabrics and accessories for all designs
• Upon confirmation of the designs, produce prototypes for final approval

Manufacture

• Based on the approved prototypes select the best possible way to mass produce the uniforms 
• Work with laundry providers to ensure.that the final products withstands the vigor of the laundry process
• Mass produce the uniforms adhering to requirements of the client
• Perform quality checks on all finished product before shipment

Implementation

• Upon receipt of uniforms our team will assist to fit all staff members with the appropriate uniforms
• Uniforms that require alteration / adjustments will be attended to by our team
• Advise wardrobe of all uniform stock levels'
• Perform final fitting before sending the uniforms to wardrobe for final processing

Consultation

• Assist client to select design team
• Assist client to evaluation designs and prototypes
• Assist client to select manufacturer
• Perform factory visits to update client on production status
• Quality checks on finished products before shipment
• Assist client to develop implementation procedures / processes
• Assist client to select implementation team
• Ensure the timely completion of the implementation process
